Villa
Villino Villadorata is located on the top of a hill and from its terraces it is possible to admire both the Ionian and the Mediterranean Sea that intersect at Capo Passero, as well as the Vendicari Natural Reserve and its little islands.
The structure in Gothic style is characterized by the showy Guelphs Merlons on the parapets of balconies and terraces and for the Ghibelline Merlons crowning the entire palace.
From the monumental entrance, enriched by a wrought iron gate, one walks towards the terraced flight of steps marked by thelocal ochre stone between panoramic levelled paths intertwined by precious succulents.
The impressive entrance to the villa, reminiscent of a typical triple lancet Gothic window, leads to the lower floor where there is a large lounge with large windows directly overlooking the park. On the upper floor there is a second living room with the main balcony. The top floor hosts alarge and panoramic terracefrom which it is possible to admire every corner of the park surrounding the villa as well as thelarge swimming pool. Behind the villa there is an outbuilding of the same historical period of main residence.
